Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in a business to business setting to pitch their products and services whilst providing excellent customer support.Main Duties : Pitching and Sales Generation :

• Engage confidently with potential customers with compelling pitches about their products and services.
• Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Generate qualified bookings for field-based account managers.Customer Engagement and Relationship Building :
• Establish and nurture rapport with prospects to provide exceptional sales service.
• Provide tailored quotations to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Offer effective solutions to address customer pain points.Database Management :
• Accurately update customer and sales databases using our tracking system.✅ About You :
• Previous sales experience and / or call centre experience in a B2B environment.
• Comfortable with making persuasive sales calls and closing deals.
• Self-confident, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent communication skills.Experience :
