SANZA Teaching agency are currently seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in Harrow!
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teaching and learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), as well as assisting the class teacher with various tasks and activities. You will also be required to support children with special educational needs (SEN).
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a primary school, specifically in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The candidate should be passionate about working with children, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities :
- Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons in the EYFS
- Supporting children with their learning and development
- Providing feedback to the class teacher on children's progress
- Preparing learning resources and materials
- Helping with the supervision of children during break times
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment
