Job Overview :

We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Princess Alexandra Hospital. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation and therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and independence.

Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse needs.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Develop rehabilitation plans to enhance patients' functional abilities.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.

Requirements :

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with NHS experience.

Experience in acute or rehabilitation settings.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage a caseload independently and work under pressure.
