Class 2 Driver

Yourstaff Solutions are recruiting experienced HGV C2 home delivery drivers, to work as part of a 2 / 3 man crew, for our client based in Harlow.

Working 4 days a week, you will be planned on a three week rolling rota that will include every other Saturday and a 5 day rest period. Average earnings based on a 48hr week are 53k pa.

6 months HGV2 driving experience is essential ( if you do not have a minimum 6 months experience, please do not proceed with the application process)

The work

• Pre journey vehicle checks.
• Complete daily vehicle check sheets, and report all damage and defects prior to leaving site
• Work in a professional and courteous manner.
• Some deliveries may include heavy bulky items, but no flat pack items.
• You will work to a set 3 week Rolling Rota planned on 4 x 12hrs days, you can work a 5th day as overtime.
• You will have 2 consecutive days off, No Sunday working
• Completing week 3 and starting week 1, you will have 5 days rest. (Overtime days can be booked in this period)
