We're looking for a General Manager for a seasonal premium hotel. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Penhelig Arms, originally a collection of fisherman’s cottages, now a jewel of Welsh hospitality, overlooks the stunning vista which was, at one time the ship building harbour, surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park.

The Penhelig is a very seasonal site and attracts tourists from all over the UK in the summer months, b uilt in 1750, nearly all of the hotels fourteen bedrooms have fabulous sea views of the Dyfi estuary. The Penhelig has a great reputation locally, with ample parking for guests and stunning views from the beer garden. With capacity for 600 weekly covers, the pub is currently averaging £22,000 weekly  with a sales mix of 30% Wet, 35% Dry & 35% accommodation.

Management accommodation is available in the form of 2 bedroom self-contained flat.
