Functional Assessor

Salary and Bonuses :

  • Basic Salary : £38,500 - £41,500
  • Retention Bonus : 5%
  • Quality & Retention Bonus : Up to 10%
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : £45,650

  • What We Are Looking For :

  • At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions.
  • Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
  • Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
  • A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre.
  • Working Hours :

  • Contracted for 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time).
  • Flexible working hours to be agreed with your line manager after training, balancing business needs with your work-life balance.
  • Working hours can be between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
  • Example schedules : 8am – 4 : 30pm or 9am – 5 : 30pm.
  • Minimum 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your rota.
