Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Supporting classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Helping with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.
• Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.Secondary Teaching Assistant - key responsibilities :
• Deliver tailored academic support to students in line with their individual needs.
• Assist with homework, exam preparation, and coursework.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Encourage a positive and motivated attitude towards learning.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials.
• Support students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.Secondary Teaching Assistant - requirements :
• A recent graduate with a 2 : 1 or above in English, Maths or Science (other academic subjects may be considered).
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering) is essential.
