The Role :

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes :

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Attending client meetings
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• New business development
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for :

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more experience, ideally recruiting into technology markets, however this is not necessary.

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes :
