Job Title : Care WorkerJob SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Worker to join our team in a temporary assignment. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in a social care setting.Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to adults in need- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating- Support individuals with mobility and cognitive needs- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of service users- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate records and reportsRequirements- Experience in care work or a related field- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic literacy and numeracy skills- Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checkQualifications- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)- QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable)- Other relevant qualifications or training in care workWorking Details- Hours : 22.5 hours per week- Shifts : Various shifts between 07 : 00 and 23 : 00- Duration : Temporary assignment from March 17, 2025, to June 9, 2025What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate- Opportunity to work with a reputable organization- Supportive team environment
