Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Learning Support Assistant (Behaviour LSA) to join our dynamic team at secondary schools in Grays . As a Behaviour LSA , you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, fostering a conducive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, addressing behavioural and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement tailored behaviour management strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as necessary.
- Promote positive behaviour and social interactions among students.
