As a Regional QHSE Manager working with one of our prestigious clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across our supply chain operations.
You will lead and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness within our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identify and evaluate potential risks and implement effective control measures.
- Provide training and support to operations on QHSE matters.
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics and provide feedback to our customer and senior management team.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and industry organizations as needed.
