As a Regional QHSE Manager working with one of our prestigious clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across our supply chain operations.

You will lead and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness within our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identify and evaluate potential risks and implement effective control measures.
  • Provide training and support to operations on QHSE matters.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics and provide feedback to our customer and senior management team.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies and industry organizations as needed.

Qualifications :

  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QHSE management role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
