The role is perfect for a Scottish qualified solicitor with at least four years of post-qualification experience in a disputes setting, ready to step into a high-profile position.

You’ll be handling a broad caseload for major financial clients, from clearing and private banks to building societies and niche lenders. There’s scope to dip into commercial dispute resolution too. You’ll be a trusted advisor for strategic clients, supporting senior partners while mentoring junior team members along the way. There’s also plenty of room to get involved in business development and carve out your own niche.
