Band 6 Substance Misuse Outreach Nurse - Community
Location : Gillingham
Salary : £35,392 - £39,405 per annum
We are looking for a Band 6 Substance Misuse Outreach Nurse to join our HR Team. Please note, this is a permanent opportunity to join our team

What you will be doing?
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Working as part of an integrated substance misuse team to deliver both clinical and psychosocial interventions at the Medway service in Kent.
The service is delivered 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
Ideally we would be looking for a Nurse with access to their own vehicle and full clean driving license as they may need to attend home visits
