Salary up to 76500.00 PA plus 6900 car allowance!

About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Delivery Leader to lead our repairs maintenance voids energy and planned works contract with Medway Council. This role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery or services in collaboration with our partners ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Through strong and visible leadership you will effectively and consistently deliver the exceptional every day. Representing the business well you will lead a team of operational technical and commercial colleagues whilst developing relationships with clients our customers and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the organisations strategic and operational plans and using insight to drive continuous improvement. You will proactively effectively and competently manage and develop; your team(s) finance operating procedures our services whilst identifying opportunities to grow Mears overall business with the client.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the partnership delivery team to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of repairs maintenance voids energy and planned works.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
- Oversee contract management activities including performance quality commercial outcomes and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency service quality and client satisfaction.
Role Criteria :
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS / Security checks before commencement of employment.
