Gillingham - Kent

Full Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week.

Salary up to £34,000 + Company Van and fuel card.

About the role :

As a working foreman, you’ll be reporting to the Repairs Supervisor for day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You’ll also be supporting the Repairs Supervisor by managing a small team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working effectively

Supervision and Coordination : Overseeing the work of laborers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Health and Safety : Maintaining health and safety standards on-site, ensuring all workers adhere to regulations

Problem-Solving : Addressing any issues or disputes that arise on-site, and finding solutions to keep the project on track

Training and Development : Providing guidance and training to junior team members to help them improve their skills

Role Criteria :

• SOR Experience
• Damp and Mould Experience
• H&B experience
• Previous experience in Social Housing essential
• Provide own hand tools
