Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role : Engineering Release BOM Specialist - £27.21 / hr (Inside IR35) - Gaydon (Hybrid potential) - 12 Months (potential for yearly renewal)Position Description : The Release Operations team are responsible for the construction, release and maintenance of the Bills of Material for all carlines for all plants for the automotive business. The team support each Engineering area (Tech centres). Engineering Release Specialists are responsible for specific areas of the vehicle. They have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of which parts / commodities are fitted to which specifications of vehicles and for which markets, and will very often provide coaching and support to the Engineering areas on how best to construct a BoM to support downstream consumption. They have a direct impact on vehicle build quality and success at the Manufacturing plants.Skills / Experience required : - Must have prior BOM experience within an Automotive role.- Must have prior customer facing experience.- Ability to deal with multiple customers and balance incoming demands.- Must have proficiency in Excel.Skills Preferred : - Dassault Systemes 3Dexperience.Additional Information : This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.- Position will be Warwickshire based with hybrid potential.The services advertised by Premea Limited for this vacancy are those of an Employment Business.Premea is a specialist IT & Engineering recruitment consultancy representing clients in the UK and internationally within the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors
