Job Introduction

  • 16 Hours Per Week
  • We can offer flexible working of Tuesday and Thursday, am - pm, or 12 pm - 8 pm
  • or  Monday to Thursday, am to am or 4 pm to 8 pm
  • per hour, plus benefits

Fitness Instructor

Gaydon CV35 0RR -  Part Time

What you’ll do :

  • Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations for clients to determine their current fitness level and goals.
  • Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual needs and goals.
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients.
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey.
  • Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.

    • What you bring :

  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to adapt and modify exercises for clients with different fitness levels or limitations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • First Aid at Work
