This is a full-time, permanent position located in one of our 5 offices located around Birmingham. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 08 : 45am - 17 : 30pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09 : 00am - 16 : 00pm with a day off in lieu in return. The basic salary ranges from £20,000 - £22,000, with a genuine and realistic OTE of £26,000 - £28,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.Let's talk about the role. It involves : Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.Clear communication skills between landlords, tenants and guarantors ensuring swift applications and building successful reports.Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.Email property alerts through ReapIT / HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awarenessBeing commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
