- Based at Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre, Station Road, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations including working from council buildings and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
You will work as part of the Community Mental Health Team for Older People.
You will contribute to the mental health and needs assessment of service users providing appropriate support to service users and their carers by participation in the support plan also providing social, personal and mental health support to meet the identified needs. You will maintain the rights of service users and their carers and contribute to the effective delivery and development of the service.

Requirements
You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
