This hands-on role combines producing creative, high-quality design work with leading a small team of designers. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will manage, inspire, and support a Junior Designer and an Apprentice Designer while overseeing a wide variety of integrated design projects.Lead, support, and develop the in-house design teamDeliver innovative and commercially-focused creative work across digital and printWork on integrated marketing campaigns, brand development, websites, and paid mediaOversee creative output for social media, email marketing, and interactive PDFsGuide the visual execution of branding and visual identity across multiple channelsLiaise with clients and contribute to pitches and proposals with the sales teamMaintain high design standards and ensure deadlines are metSupport creative strategy development and process improvementsManage external suppliers and ensure production accuracyCollaborate closely with internal teams across marketing and client services Requirements You should be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and experienced in both digital and print design. Strong branding, image editing, campaign design, and web / UI design capabilities are highly desirable, alongside 2D animation skills. Experience with 3D animation and a basic understanding of HTML are beneficial. You'll bring creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and a commercial mindset to every project.
