Teaching Personnel is seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Farnborough from April 2025 . With increasing demand for classroom cover, schools require additional staff to ensure students continue to receive high-quality education. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching and behaviour management skills while making a positive impact in local schools.
About the Role :
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor , you will be responsible for :
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students .
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supervising students and ensuring they stay on task during lessons.
- Adapting to different classrooms and subjects , depending on the school’s requirements.
- Building confidence in classroom management and working with students of varying abilities.
- Gaining first-hand teaching experience , ideal for those considering a career in education.
