Job descriptionExtensive experience of life insurance predominately and general insurance Working knowledge of UK regulatory market Proven experience of line managing a large team of direct and indirect reports Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders cross-functional teams and strong negotiation skills Experience leading people leaders, providing autonomy and questioning where appropriate
Overview
Key Duties (including but not limited to) :
- Ensure full regulatory compliance of products, process and distribution support including Solvency II, Consumer Duty, and IDD
- Inspire, coach, and develop drive to achieve a committed, enthusiastic, high performing team through a complex matrix management
- Develop a world class manufacturing capability in Wealth for the UK and to drive the global approach to protection
- Manage all TPEM roles and activities for Product working with 3rd parties
- Contribute fully as a member of the UK EXCO team and support Global Insurance Product team
