Sales Consultant - Sheffield

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in a busy Estate Agency who specialise in providing a high level of service to our clients and selling beautiful homes across Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Due to expansion, we are looking for a new friendly, professional and committed team member to join us as a Sales Consultant.

Location : Millhouses, Sheffield

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 08 : 30am whilst 5 : 30pm.

A requirement of the position is 2 working Saturday's a month on a rota basis.

About You The ideal candidate will :

Be discreet as this is key with our clients Experience is ideal but not essential.

The Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant you will be the first point of call for our property sales customers; both buyers and vendors

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers, registering enquiries / clients and arranging appointments to view properties

Travelling to and carrying out viewings (Full UK Driving Licence Required)

Following up on feedback and keeping vendors informed every step of the way

Negotiating on offers and carrying out the correct due diligence checks

Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed

Working as part of the sales team and covering other consultants if required

Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

General office administration duties
