Role is working from Manchester office - Role is not Field or home based.The Head of Technology Services will oversee the IT and Infrastructure teams, as well as a newly created Technical Support Team focused on customer and field-based engineer support. This individual will drive the strategic development of remote diagnostics, issue resolution, and managed service offerings.
