  • Staff discount on our webshop!As a Branch Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation, drive exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching with the Internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.Ideally you have previous management experience within a wholesale or retail environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily / weekly targets are exceeded.Skills set for success :
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role
  • Experience of commercially managing a business unit or branch within the a service or supplies sector
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role whilst leader your team with a positive growth mindset
  • A natural change champion, with an ability to embrace change and new technologies and bring your teams on the journey
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performanceBehaviours Set for Success :
