Main Responsibilities :

• To work with the manager to define the concepts, objectives, and requirements of each project
• To create a campaign / project brief to ensure all deliverables are identified upfront, and are suitably tailored for the relevant audience
• To create a viable and achievable project plan with defined timeline and milestones and ensure up-to-date project details are maintained within the project management software.
• To liaise with internal teams to brief requirements, co-ordinate delivery, and review suitability in line with the requirements of the brief in order to create assets on time and within budget
• Works with manager to identify and liaise with selected stakeholders to seek input into decisions
• To recognise overlap between projects and ensure content consistency
• To provide quality checking on all deliverables including proof-reading, design consistency and adherence to style guides.
• To anticipate obstacles and proactively take initiative to find solutions and minimise disruption, keeping manager and relevant stakeholders informed of progress.
• To co-ordinate distribution and launch messaging to internal and external audiences
