Machine Operator

Our client is the UK's leading manufacturer of condiments, known for their high-quality herbs, spices, and seasonings. They're currently seeking reliable Machine Operators to join their production team in Eastleigh.Key Responsibilities of a machine operator : - Operating and setting machinery to ensure smooth production. - Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting faults. - Monitoring product quality and completing visual checks. - Working on a flowline and meeting daily targets. - Keeping your work area clean and following health & safety rules.What We're Looking For : - Experience in a fast-paced factory or warehouse environment. - Confidence using machinery and changing tools / settings.- Good machine operating experience.- A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic. - Team player with a positive attitude.
