Our client is seeking a Deputy Nursing Home Manager close to the Dronfield area of North East Derbyshire. You will be working within a nursing, dementia, and residential home, currently with 30 residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN qualified nurse to lead and make a difference in a supportive environment.
With a competitive salary £42,000 - £43,000 per year, this role offers a chance to work 36 hours a week over three 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm. You will receive paid breaks and the rewarding experience of leading a dedicated team in a caring setting.
Our client is a well-established nursing home dedicated to providing high-quality care for its residents. With a focus on nursing, dementia, and residential care, the company prides itself on creating a warm and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will :
- Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor.
- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Liaise with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care.
- Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm.
- Enjoy some supernumerary hours to focus on management tasks.
