Deputy Nurse Manager

You will be working within a nursing, dementia, and residential home, currently with 30 residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN qualified nurse to lead and make a difference in a supportive environment.

With a competitive salary £42,000 - £43,000 per year, this role offers a chance to work 36 hours a week over three 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm. You will receive paid breaks and the rewarding experience of leading a dedicated team in a caring setting.

As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will :

• Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor.
• Supervise and support nursing staff.
• Liaise with families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care.
• Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm.
• Enjoy some supernumerary hours to focus on management tasks.
