Program Manager- InclusionThe EDI Manager will be committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace. You will have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others to embrace inclusive practices by building positive relationships across the business. You will Work closely with staff, stakeholders, and external partners to shape and embed an inclusive environment where all colleagues feel respected, valued, and supported.
What youll doLead the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and programmes to promote a diverse and inclusive working environment.Facilitate / Deliver training and awareness sessions on EDI topics as well as advise and influence senior stakeholders on EDI matters, focusing on areas which are resistant to change.Conduct equality impact assessments (EIAs) and develop strategies and policies to address identified gaps, Facilitating tangible change within the business.Work with L&D to utilise digital tools and platforms to develop and promote EDI within the wider business.Utilise and interpret complex information and data from surveys, focus groups, and reporting to provide actionable plans.Work cross functionally with different departments, focusing on developing inclusive recruitment strategies, career development pathways and talent management frameworks.
What youll bringAdvanced knowledge of EDI legislation, best practices, and current trends as well as additional legislative frameworks such as the Human Rights Act, employment law, or disability-related regulations.Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Human Resources, or a related fieldProfessional membership with a recognised body (e.g., CIPD, ILM) is desirable
