The Role

The DeFi team at Trilitech is responsible for fostering an ecosystem of applications and infrastructure on Tezos and Etherlink. Our mission? To facilitate the emergence of groundbreaking apps that are adopted worldwide. We focus on builders who are passionate about making DeFi more accessible and are dedicated to protecting the end-user experience.

We are looking for a driven and proactive Project Manager to help us orchestrate our ambitious initiatives. If you’re ready to dive into the forefront of DeFi innovation, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Serving as the central point of contact for the DeFi team, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Assisting the Head of DeFi with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Organising and prioritising tasks and projects within the team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to budget allocation and expenditure, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects and initiatives, identifying potential risks or deviations from established timelines and goals
  • Serving as a resource for stakeholders, both internal and external, providing information and facilitating actionable conversations related to finance on-chain for Tezos and associated roll-ups
  • Keeping updated with industry trends and developments related to DeFi, providing insights and recommendations to the team as needed

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the blockchain or crypto industry
  • Exposure to DeFi concepts and protocols
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities
