Role Overview : We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients team as Community Care Workers in the Didcot, Wallingford and Abingdon area. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals within their own homes, enabling them to live independently and with dignity. This ongoing role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while developing valuable skills and experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Supporting individuals with medication management and adhering to care plans.

Assisting with light household tasks and errands, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate channels.
Requirements :
