Chubb Fire & Security have an opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our brand-new Retention Sales Team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a Hybrid working basis (2 days in the office & 3 days WFH). This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a consultative, sales-driven individual who is looking to build their sales career within a people-first business!

What You'll be Doing as a Retention Sales Consultant

As a Retention Sales Consultant you will have the opportunity to influence and retain our valued customers through reactive and proactive contact. You will identify and understand any pain points they may have, allowing you to demonstrate compelling value propositions with the goal to retain the customer. This is a desk-based role where you will be working to meet retention targets :

Manage CRM database and update all records

Manage cancellation requests to influence retention of the customer

Make outbound calls to customers and manage the customer status

Manage inbound calls for cancellation requests

Support the team with technical advice and educate customers

Aim to resolve issues and queries at first point of contact

Utilise a probing technique to understand their needs and requirements

WORKING HOURS : 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday

What We Would Like You To Bring

You will ideally come from a sales background, specifically within customer retention and you will be able to demonstrate previous success. You'll be an exceptional listener, with the ability to thoroughly probe to understand what the customers' pain points are, to allow you to effectively influence and retain our valued customer.

Ideally you will possess experience in Customer Sales Retentions

Be Self-Motivated and resilient with high energy and drive

Be able to deliver a compelling value proposition

You will be highly resilient; our customers may be looking for an opportunity to share an experience
