We have a new job opportunity for an Administrator / Office Receptionist / Secretary who has good administrative, organisational, time-management, customer service and communication skills.
The firm specialise in providing comprehensive accounting, tax and financial services to businesses.
Working as the Administrator / Office Receptionist / Secretary you will support in maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
As a successful candidate you will need good administration, customer service and organisational skills. You will need a polite and professional manner with the ability to multi-task and support the Partners in running a successful accountancy practice.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Office Receptionist / Secretary include :
- Manage both digital and physical filing systems accurately and efficiently
- Welcome clients to the office with professionalism and warmth
- Handle telephone inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members
- Assist in updating and maintaining client databases and office systems
- Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence with precision and attention to detail
- Support the preparation of financial documentation and reports as needed
