What will you do?
As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting and providing outstanding customer service over the phone to both our customers and our field technicians across Germany.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Answering inbound calls and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments / problem resolution
- Handling and recording complaints
- Responding to and managing the 'Live Chat'
- Responding to customer reviews
- Ensuring that customer SLAs are met
- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures
