Fraser Home Care is expanding its team of Community Care Assistants, offering competitive hourly rates from £12.50 to £13.55 per hour. Opportunities are available across the following shift patterns : Part time mornings on rotation 7am to 2pm Part time evenings on rotation 4pm to 10pm Full time on rotation 7am to 10pm with a 2 hour break between 2pm and 4pm Weekends - hours available between 7am and 10pm Bank / Relief Team Lead Rotation Week 1 - Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. About the role : We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team providing holistic personal care. By adopting a person-centred approach, we assist, enable, and support the overall wellbeing of vulnerable community members, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. Our care services are delivered in clients’ homes across the Inverness areas of Smithton, Culloden, Balloch, Cradlehall, and Westhill. Responsibilities may include meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care . No prior experience in care is required, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support. We are looking for empathetic and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable people and possess a proactive attitude.
