The Role
As Back of House Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant kitchen, leading by example to maintain high standards in food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team to ensure smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction.
