Job Title : People Partner – 10 month FTC
Location : Holborn (2 / 3 days a week)
Salary : Up to £75k plus amazing benefits
Key Responsibilities :
Drive individual and regional performance through effective influence and coaching of business partners.
Provide robust, fact-based feedback to shape and guide strategic decisions.
Develop and support the execution of plans to deliver transformative change.
Coach leaders to enhance their growth and effectiveness.
Collaborate seamlessly with our team to achieve shared goals.
Key Requirements :
Background with well-known brands managing large employee bases.
Strong generalist HR experience within the retail sector.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience partnering with Digital is advantageous.
