There's no more exciting time to be thinking about joining Womble Bond Dickinson than now. One of the ways in which we are responding to the dynamic nature of the legal sector is with our team of In-House Lawyers , also known as GCSolutions. We've identified secondment opportunities across a number of exceptional clients and a variety of different sectors. Our current group of In-House Lawyers are currently all working on these opportunities for short and long-term secondments and more project led initiatives. This has been a highly successful initiative and we're now looking to grow this team with commercial lawyers looking to progress down an exciting, alternative career path.
Unlike some other flexible lawyer resourcing business models, we're looking to remove some of the risk for you by offering permanent contracts within our business and a salary. You'll be fully integrated into WBD so this not only means you have access to our rewards and benefits but also our development programmes and support from our wider commercial team. The role will allow you to use your knowledge to oversee exciting projects but also to develop skills in brand new areas too. Of course, we can't forget to mention, all without the pressure of fee targets and the billable hour. You'll be an advocate for WBD and help us to further develop opportunities for growth in our business.
