Key Responsibilities : Implement strategies and support learners in self-esteem and confidence-building activities. Inspire and motivate learners and help to promote positive behaviour. Listen to learners and help them resolve a range of issues that are creating barriers to their learning. What we are looking for : Excellent interactive and communication skills. Must have experience working in schools with students with SEMH across KS2. Strong ability to build relationships and promote positive behaviour. Why Horizon Teachers?
