Full-Time Secondary Welfare Support Assistant – School in Chichester, West Sussex!
Are you passionate about supporting students' well-being and eager to make a positive impact in their lives?
If so, GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Welfare Support Assistant to work in a secondary school in Chichester, West Sussex (PO18). This rewarding role offers a competitive annual salary between £21,500 to £24,500 and is set to start ASAP.
Responsibilities of the Welfare Support Assistant (WSA) :
- Provide support to students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Be on call to help support students across the school.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support assistants to ensure a smooth running of the school day.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Manage and support students' behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Offer guidance and assistance to students as needed.
