Are you a Property Site Manager with strong communication and influencing skills? Do you enjoy working collaboratively with others to deliver a high-quality service? On behalf of a company offering high quality accommodation to both professionals and students, we are looking for a Property Site Manager in Leeds. Employment Details : Full-time / Permanent Location : Leeds / LS7 Salary : circa £44,000 per annum Principle duties include : Managing a lettings team to ensure the maximum possible occupancy levels and ensuring that all correct procedures are followed in the arranging of tenancies. Managing a maintenance team, to ensure that the buildings and grounds are always maintained and run to the highest standard. To be responsible for cleaning, health and safety and security of all the site and the grounds. Plan and manage the summer change of student tenants, including the move in and out days and the welcome and induction of arriving students. Does this sound like you? Ideally you will have operational management experience within a property, residential, retail, facilities, or hospitality environment with excellent staff management skills. You will have a hands-on approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships. Knowledge, understanding and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students. You will also have good level of IT skills and experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful and reputable business.
