Your role as a Connected Home Proposition Lead will be to support development of specific OEB connected home devices. You will be the subject matter expert on the connected home market, trends and developments ensuring these considerations are layered into range category plans and product requirements. The lead dialogue and direction on maximising go to market impact, best in class merchandising execution across instore and online channels.

What's the job

• Contributes to the Connected Home strategy and is responsible to its deployment to internal O&S teams and banners.
• True product enthusiast and trader at heart, this role ensures the proper transmission and understanding of the Connected ranges strategy to the O&S product teams.
• Has a direct influence on the choice of connected projects of which it ensures the real potential based to the markets concerned.
• Analyses the Product Lead's range structures to adjust with them the correct coverage of customer needs (range - price - functions)
• With the Connected Home teams, ensures the feedback of information to the product development teams, within the framework of defined strategic and tactical orientations.
• Is the real and efficient link with banners to support them in their range strategy implementation, ensures the proper integration of O&S products into the banners’ ranges.
• A true \"salesman\" for connected products, provides the banner product teams with all the information useful for good product positioning, in compliance with the O&S strategy.
