Thames Water is amidst significant transformation, and we are seeking talented individuals for diverse roles in an ever-evolving environment.

As a member of the Strategic Operations and Transformation Team, you will be part of a high performing group of transformation professionals that is being relied on to deliver the critical changes needed over the next few years that will enable a step change in our operational performance. An exciting time to join a key team delivering important change.

In this role, you'll steer essential initiatives within our Strategic Operations and Transformation team, spanning cost-efficiency, regulatory compliance, and environmental enhancements.

You will be part of a dynamic team of transformation experts, who are pivotal in propelling operational performance to new heights.

What you’ll be doing as a Transformation Manager

• Manage initiatives and co-ordinate all activities ensuring outcomes and timelines are maintained.
• Create the business engagement and information required for agreement of the right activities.
• Manage and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Produce and maintain programme and project documents.
• Develop presentations and outward reporting.
• Provide and deliver reports, presentations, and analysis of data as necessary.
• Liaise with key stakeholders as required to support the delivery governance.
• Support the delivery of targeted communications back to the business to enhance engagement.

Base Location – Hybrid Clearwater Court in Reading or our offices in Slough plus travel across sites as required for projects.

Working Pattern or hours – 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
