• A range of local discountsKey Responsibilities : As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for :
• Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring high standards of care.
• Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged birth to 5 years.
• Leading and supporting staff through team meetings and supervision.
• Leading the nursery in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Overseeing the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities to support holistic development.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.The ideal candidate;
• Holds a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare and Education.
• Has at least three years' experience working in a childcare setting, with two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant childcare legislation.
• Possesses strong self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in a leadership capacity.Desirable Qualifications :
• Level 5 or above in Leadership and Management in Early Years.
• Experience with Ofsted inspections, achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
