Location : Hybrid working from the closest Lycetts office to the employee, with a few days per month working in our Newcastle HQ.
About the role
Lycetts Insurance Brokers , who are proudly part of Benefact Group , are looking for a Project Manager to join on a 12 month FTC basis.
Lycetts is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects that support our Leadership Management Board's vision. In this role, you will have the authority to direct both internal and external staff seconded to project teams, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining business-as-usual activities.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Manage project budgets, gather and analyse data to support business cases, and monitor progress.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for organizational change programs, including role profiles, operating manuals, and process flows.
- Support project team members, ensuring adherence to standard working practices and empowering colleagues to deliver excellent service.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage workflows to meet project deadlines, while staying updated with industry trends and delivering effective presentations.
- Prepare project initiation documents and progress reports, and contribute to the overall change management agenda.
