Job Vacancy : SEN Teacher
Location : Carlisle
Contract : Permanent / Full Time
Salary : MPS / UPS (depending on experience) + Additional SEN allowance available

A specialist SEN school in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated General Teacher to join their close-knit team.
This School provides a huge range of learning spaces for classes of no more than 8 to work with a teacher and learning support mentor. With a creatice curriculum that focuses on gaining qualifications for year 11 progression
About You :
- Qualifications : QTS or willing to work towards it
- Experience : Experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other additional needs is beneficial.
- Skills : Ability to create engaging and adaptive lessons across various subjects.
- Knowledge : Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with complex needs.
- Emotional Support : Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Communication : Strong professional communication with students and staff.
