Our client is a rapidly expanding owner-managed group business based in Penrith.
They currently have a vacancy in their team for amercial Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to themercial Manager and Development Director, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor information and payment procedures, which will integrate with other key departments such as technical and construction.
This is a pivotal role with a well regardedpany and will suit an experiencedmercial Administrator or someone with an eagerness to develop.
Your new role
This is a full-time role (40 hours).
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge and use of MS office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Goodmunication skills and confidence with processes and terminology.
What you'll get in return
Standard times to 5pm but flexibility available for starting and finishing.
Pension pany contributes 3% and employee 5%
