Job description

What’s in it for you

Package

Hourly from £13.00 per hour (including holiday), depending on experience

What’s involved?

As Reservations Agent your duties will include handling any incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and online platforms. Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations and special requests whilst navigating the Opera Cloud system to manage the bookings and maintain accurate guest information.

Requirement?

Prior experience as a Reservations Administrator, Coordinator or Agent

4 or 5 Star London Hotel background

Proven experience of using OPERA CLOUD PMS is essential

Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English

Strong attention to detail

Flexible to work shifts between 8am to 6pm

Please note this is a temporary assignment and full time, so only applicants who have no prior commitments and right to work in the UK will be considered.
